At Sunkissed-Tanning, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on beauty products that remain in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Products
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address provided in your authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
